Corporate Overview Management Technologies was founded in 1983 by Steve Hougham, who remains as President and CEO. The company is a privately held 'C' corporation. The organization initially focused on providing high-end process improvement service to major corporations. Mr. Hougham believed in a structured approach to providing service that not only got the job done, but also trained the customer on how the job was accomplished, thus enabling them to continue forward independently with future initiatives while sustaining the initial success. This philosophy has been maintained and is now incorporated in our corporate vision, which, simply states that we bring highly specialized skill sets, top-notch process and an implementation methodology that allows for true knowledge transfer to the customer. Quality, integrity and professionalism are the keys to every interaction that we have with our customers, partners and employees. Today, the Management Technologies provides service in numerous areas to help companies improve critical business process. These areas, all geared towards achieving Peak Performance, include Operational Process Improvement, Business Intelligence and Training Development and Delivery. |
